STUFF THAT I FOUND ON THE INTERNET GUYS
Crazy motherfucker buildings - Tread with caution though. The site is French, and though I didn’t detect anything too sinister, this might be like the time they tried to hypnotize us into believing in freedom via potatoes! :O
This guy I’m gonna link to is a dumb fuck, no doubt about it. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t actually know what ‘ethics’ means, and how it’s different from, say, ‘morality’, and, like every other dumbass amateur, he rarely even considers opposing viewpoints, much less addresses them, which I’m pretty sure is an important part of ethics. However, sometimes he’s pretty interesting and makes good points none-the-less:
Ghostwriting - Fucking hell? Hilary Clinton doesn’t surprise me, but Bill Cosby? Man, that’s sad. I always took him to be a nice, friendly guy, but that’s just sinister, Jesus.
I don’t want to see you American’s elect another republican to fuck us over with illegal trade sanctions and shit, but really, Hilary Clinton is no alternative. She’s just one of many faceless politicians. Hell, I’d suspect she has no actual beliefs, and whatever party or policy she allies herself with is nothing more than a purely strategic move. The only thing that distinguishes her from any other unimaginative, career-driven politician is that she happened to be one of the few First Ladies who wasn’t completely without personality and wit.
I really doubt she could win anyway. Nominating her is begging to lose.
The Ethics of Borat - He makes a point, but fucking whatever. I hear people say stupid, racist things all the time, and they’d never damned do it if they were in front of whatever race they’re talking about. That’s deception as well, with a bunch of cowardice heaped in, where as Sacha Coen has a lot more balls than most of us, in spite of his faults. Really, it’s nice to see a little bit of day-to-day life on the big screen once in a while.

What’s your definition of deception? Nobody has an obligation to tell anyone everything they think, and if people treat others of different races and nationalities with respect, it doesn’t matter what bile they may hold in the darkest corners of their souls. Are you saying that it’s cowardly not to act on your worst biases? People also say stupid racist things to friends and families to blow off steam, to joke, to avoid arguments…so what? What matters is what people DO. Politically correct mind-control is an absurd objective, and mere thoughts are not “unethical.”
And what “balls” does it take for Cohen to fool a bunch of well-meaning and naive yokels into looking foolish and exploit them for personal profit? I think you better re-think your commentary.
